Why does this story just seem to be typical of Utah--the state that proclaims ultra-competence in everything but in the long run is completely incompetent in most things: Salt Lake Tribune - Confusion clouds Utah vote recount. ¶ 7:04 AM

-Oh yeah!-
At least we probably won't have to deal with a recount like the Mexicans have to wade through where Felipe Calderon beat Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador only by about 0.6%.
