This sprig's for you

"A sprig of parsley can provide much more than a decoration on your plate. Parsley contains two types of unusual components that provide unique health benefits. The first type is volatile oil components - including myristicin, limonene, eugenol, and alpha-thujene. The second type is flavonoids - including apiin, apigenin, crisoeriol, and luteolin." (The World's Healthiest Foods: Parsley)

Sprig is a great word even when not connected to the estimable parsley.

Sprig can also be used as a verb, which implies decorated, I believe: her dress was sprigged with bows and embroidery. It _is_ a good word.

One great garnish is gremolata, which is chopped parsley, garlic, lemon zes, salt and pepper. It's fantastic on grilled salmon. There are also parsley salads common to middle Eastern cuisines. Parsley is very, very good.

-Oh yeah!-

I've made some great fresh spaghetti sauce this week with fresh parsley, basil, oregano, garlic and rosemary. Yum....

Two things I need: 1) Environmentally sound vehicle with sporty looks but able to go camping at the drop of a tent pole; 2)Google to allow the strike tag back into their profile box. Do nothing evil, eh, Google? That's pretty damn evil.
