Garden Update: Eggplant
My eggplants have three fruit. I'm hoping they'll make it by the time the heavy frost comes.

Baingan bharta. I prefer Indian eggplant mush over middle-eastern eggplant mush.

I have a recipe with Thai basil and dark sesame oil that is in the eggplant mush family and is super delish.
